This week The Hits Southland is proudly teaming up with Habitat for Humanity. 

Southland has a high number of households with inadequate or inefficient heating, which heighten health risks over our cold winter months. For many families, the cost of upgrading their heating system remains a major barrier.

Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repair Program works to reduce these barriers by helping families create warm, safe, and sustainable homes!

The non-profit organisation works in partnership with local businesses and volunteers across the region to build strength, stability and independence through the provision of decent shelter - the Hits is proud to join this team to help one local family stay warm next winter. 

Nominate a friend or family member who owns their home to get them in the draw to win a pellet fire installed in their house, and you’ll get yourself in the draw to win one of our $100 power shouts!
