Art is a great way to express yourself and boost your mental wellbeing. Arataki Ministries have put together an art exhibition especially for Mental Health Awareness Week. It's called 'Anonymous', featuring artworks from Northland artists living with mental health challenges and YOU can be part of it!

Check out the exhibition at Reyburn House Gallery, contribute your best artwork to The Hits Creation Station while you're there and go in the draw to win an arty prize pack to keep the creativity flowing! *Entries close October 4th, 2024.
